Do You Like Pina Coladas?

On Monday I made a pina colada cake. I picked this cake because it sounded tropical and Summery. First, you will need to gather your ingredents. 1 yellow cake mix, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 can of sweetend condensed milk, 8 ounces whipped topping, and last but not least 2/3 cup coconut. Make the cake batter like you normaly would. when it is completly mixed, add 1/2 of the pineapple and mix it in ( Save the pineapple, you will need it). I learned from this recipe never throw extra ingredents away. I threw away the remaning pineapple, thank goodness my mom had ringed pineapple and I cut it up very small. Then bake how it says on the back of the box. After baked check with a long tooth pick for doneness. Then use a fork and poke holes all over. Pour the sweetend condensed milk over the top and allow it to cool completly in the fridge. Spread whipped topping over cake and sprinkle the coconut and pineapple you have left over on the top. Then all you have to do is enjoy.
