I have known Sharon since she catered my son’s rehearsal dinner in 2005. This was a challenging event, since we live on the shore and have limited kitchen facilities. My son's future wife is from India and her family was, and still is, vegetarian. Consequently, we had lots of food choices that Sharon had to make, and she did a super job! (my son and his wife are happily married and are blessed with a daughter — I guess the Rehearsal Dinner worked).

Over the following years, Sharon has catered for most of our neighbors, their businesses, their families, etc. She is a pleasure to work with, as I’m sure you know already, and makes it so interesting to plan the event that the whole process, before, during, and even after, is just what you would want it to be. She did a 220 person wedding reception for my neighbor’s daughter (also a mixed ethnic event!), a lobster bake for my neighbor Steve’s 50 person law firm, elegant dinners with Beef Wellington for me and my wife, pig roasts etc. She can incorporate anything you want, including “make your own sundaes” which are great and informal and might work for a summer wedding at the Webb Barn. Alternatively, I’ve seen her do some very formal presentations.

You might be interested to know that Sharon has continued to study and has spent summers in Positano as a chef. Talk to her about this.

Since I retired, I have worked a couple of events with Sharon, so I can tell you that her culinary skills are first rate. Food quality and preparation are meticulous, and she pays meticulous attention to details and cleanliness. I’ve been with her at the Webb Barn in Wethersfield — it’s a great venue and you will have fun, especially in June — a great season for this.
