Clambakes are a wonderfully festive way to celebrate the culinary wonders that
New England has to offer. Whether done in a traditional sandpit on a beach or
steamed over an open grill fire in a galvanized tub right in your own backyard, a
clambake is always an out-of- the-ordinary and fun experience for guests. Many
like to watch us assemble it and all certainly enjoy the aromas that soon begin to
rise with the steam. Don't be limited to the summer months to enjoy them either.
